We Are Now Guilty Until Proven Innocence
During September of 2017, I was wrongfully prosecuted for an alleged crime I did not commit. To protect the prosecutor for his malfeasance on September 1st and 2nd, 2016, prior to my trial, I was denied the guaranteed Due Process by now-retired Judge #ForrestBurt. In short, to make certain I would be lynched, I was denied the presence of my witnesses and today, the Ohio Governor and Attorney General have no interest to right this wrong.
The court’s denial of Due Process was to protect the perjury committed by the prosecutor’s investigator, Deputy Sheriff #KarenSweet to secure an illegal Search Warrant and the Prosecutor’s ill-advised publicity during the raid preventing me to be tried by a jury of my peers. If #KarenSweet really meant to accurately nail my ethnicity for the G-Men she bird-dogged me to, then why list my wife as “white”, while her dad, Police Chief Leo Keglovic was Slovanian and her mom Jacklyn was Irish? The illegal Search Warrant in hand, Prosecutor #JamesFlaiz invited his house-neighbor, then the WKYC-TV “Investigative Reporter”, #TomMyers to the raid. He proceeded to publically disparage me and then Indicted, Prosecuted, Convicted and Sentenced me to four years of Federal prison as the raid was in process. As if this was not enough, he then invited WKYC on to my property to film my adult daughter’s two geriatric horses in order to pass them off as mine, thus violating my family’s #4thAmendment Rights.
The televised false news denied me my right to be judged by a jury of my peers. At the September 2017 trial, all the seized Exculpatory Evidence secured at the raid a year earlier was withheld. This included Ten Bank Statements that were passed off as mine. The land belonging to M Group Resorts in St Lucia was also passed off as mine and my lawyer allowed it to ride. Judge #ForrestBurt denied my right to bring in my 15 lenders to be examined by the court. My lawyer, despite being urged by me to do so, failed to protest the lack of Due Process. “We cannot argue with the Judge”, he said.
Today, after having served my 30-days in the local jail (12/18/2018–01/23/2019), I believe my counsel was threatened to remain cooperative and so a deal was struck between in exchange for a lesser sentence. To bury their crimes, they convicted me of “lying” to Jobs and Family Services (“JFS”). The Prosecution said I couldn’t account for 100% of my loans and yet, I was denied bringing my 15 witnesses to prove the loans.
No less than two local criminal lawyers told me that #KarenSweet is a known liar who manipulates documents to get her target, and yet she is protected by the immunity granted to her by Henerson vs City of Euclide. Henderson case
Should you wish to believe a lie, you are free to do so. As the President has aptly labeled, the #FakeNews is alive and well and at least from the daily news we are fed by the media, we Americans continue to accept the lies.
#KarenSweet, #JamesRoyalFlaiz, #NicholasAndrewBurling, and Retired Judge #ForrestBurt are liars. The sufficiency and weight of the evidence are enough to prove it over time.
